We also explain the equipment price list and cancellation fees, so please read it when considering using our services.
*Both venue and equipment fees include tax.

We will explain the cancellation fees at Shin-Umeda Training Center (Umeda, Osaka).

■If you cancel after the confirmation has been signed, a cancellation fee of 100% of the venue room rate will be applied, starting from the first room.
■Because this is a large reservation for 3 rooms or more per day and 3 days or more, we will not charge a cancellation fee, but will refuse all future inquiries from customers.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply regardless of the cancellation date.

■Room numbers will not be disclosed in advance as we will have a guide sign at the main entrance on the 1st floor on the day.
■If you would like advance disclosure via notification, etc., please apply through the room disclosure application page, acknowledging that cancellation is not possible.

■Posting notices is prohibited within the facility.Please reserve whiteboards, information boards, partitions, etc. for posting.
■Cancellations of equipment, food and drink on the day are not possible.
■Bringing in food and drinks from outside is prohibited.Please make a reservation in advance.
■Each day will be considered the end of the session when the keys are returned, so please return the keys after each venue.
■Please note that if you exceed 20 minutes from the end of your reservation time, an extension fee will be charged.

■Cancellation fees will also be charged if the cancellation is due to natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy rain, or snowfall.
Please understand that any cancellations or suspensions must be decided as early as possible by the organizers.
However, the cancellation fee waiver will only be applied if a warning has been issued at the time of cancellation (cancellation notifications must be made during business hours (7:00 to 23:00)).
Please note that if a warning has not been issued at the time of cancellation and you cancel just to be on the safe side because a warning is about to be issued, a cancellation fee will be charged.
If the new date has been confirmed by the day of the event, please contact us.
*The warnings are for heavy rain, flooding, strong winds and high waves.
*Please understand that meals such as packed lunches and items ordered from outside will be subject to charges.

★Date changes must be made within one year of the scheduled date of use.
★Date changes are possible up to one month prior to the tour, subject to the same conditions.(However, any reservations made after the change will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.)
★Any changes to the date within one month will be treated as a cancellation.
★Date changes up to one month in advance are only available for rooms of the same type or larger.(Large → Small is not possible)
★If you change your dates up to one month in advance and change from a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday to a weekday, the rates will remain the same for Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
If the trip changes from a weekday to a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the rate will be the Saturday, Sunday or public holiday rate.
★Changes to facilities are possible up to three months in advance, but only if the change is to a venue of equal or greater quality.(However, any changes to your reservation will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.)
★Changing the venue (small to large) is possible regardless of the date, as long as there is availability.
★If you change venues (large to small), a cancellation fee based on the difference in price between the large and small venues will be charged in addition to the small venue fee.(Split → No split is the same)(Large reservations excluded)
★Time changes (shorter to longer) are possible regardless of the date, as long as there is availability.
★Changes in time (long → short) and changes in category (all day → morning, etc.) will all be subject to the difference in cancellation fee.
★Final changes to lunch box quantities can be made up until 10:00 the day before.(No changes allowed after 10:00)
★Cancellations of equipment, changes to layout, changes to the number of drinks/cancellations, and minor changes to the food for the social gathering must be made by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to the event.
However, for changes from Monday to Wednesday, please contact us by 5:00 p.m. on Friday as this will include Saturday and Sunday.
(If the holiday falls on the 3rd day before, please contact us by 5pm on the previous weekday.)
You can add accessories later on.(However, this does not include products ordered from outside.)
If you would like to add drinks, it is possible to do so on the day, as long as it is accommodating.(However, this does not include products ordered from outside.)
