*Both venue and equipment fees include tax.

We will now explain the cancellation fees for Shin-Umeda Training Center (Osaka, Umeda).
We charge a flat cancellation fee upon termination of your contract.
This is not a penalty (cancellation fee) for canceling the contract.This is a flat fee that we ask you to pay as "actual costs (compensation for administrative work)" incurred in the process of deleting data, administrative procedures, system processing, and changing reservation slots/schedules in connection with your cancellation.

■After the confirmation document has been signed, any cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the venue rental fee, starting from one room.
■Due to a large booking of 3 or more rooms per day for 3 days or more, instead of the standard cancellation fee, we will be declining all future inquiries from other customers.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the date.

■Room numbers will not be disclosed in advance as we will have a guide sign at the main entrance on the 1st floor on the day.
■If you wish to receive prior disclosure via notification or other means, please apply through the room disclosure application page, understanding that cancellation will not be possible in that case.

■Posting notices is prohibited within the facility.Please reserve whiteboards, information boards, partitions, etc. for posting.
■Cancellation of equipment and food/drink arrangements on the day of the event is not permitted.
■Bringing in food and drinks from outside is prohibited.Please make a reservation in advance.
■Each day will be considered the end of the session when the keys are returned, so please return the keys after each venue.
■Please note that if you exceed 20 minutes from the end of your reservation time, an extension fee will be charged.

■Cancellation fees also apply if the contract is terminated due to natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy rain, or snowfall.
Please understand that the organizers will be responsible for making any decisions regarding cancellation or termination of the event as soon as possible.
However, the cancellation fee will only be waived if an alarm is issued at the time of cancellation (cancellation notices must be made during business hours (7:00 to 23:00)).
Please note that if you cancel your contract because a warning has not been issued at the time of cancellation, but you are canceling it as a precaution because a warning is likely to be issued, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
If the new date has been confirmed by the day of the event, please contact us.
*The warnings are for heavy rain, flooding, strong winds and high waves.
*Please understand that meals such as packed lunches and items ordered from outside will be subject to charges.

★Date changes must be made within one year of the scheduled date of use.
★Date changes are possible up to one month prior to the tour, subject to the same conditions.(However, further changes or cancellations after the initial change are not permitted (a 100% cancellation fee will apply).)
★Any schedule changes made within one month will be treated as cancellation.
★Date changes up to one month in advance are only available for rooms of the same type or larger.(Large → Small is not possible)
★If you change your dates up to one month in advance and change from a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday to a weekday, the rates will remain the same for Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
If the trip changes from a weekday to a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the rate will be the Saturday, Sunday or public holiday rate.
★Changes to facilities are possible up to three months in advance, but only if the change is to a venue of equal or greater quality.(However, any changes to the reservation must be agreed to incur a 100% cancellation fee.)
★Changing the venue (small to large) is possible regardless of the date, as long as there is availability.
★If you change the venue (large to small), a standard cancellation fee will be added to the small venue fee, based on the difference between the large and small venue fees.(Split → No split is the same)(Large reservations excluded)
★Time changes (shorter to longer) are possible regardless of the date, as long as there is availability.
★Changes to the time slot (long to short) or the time slot (all day to morning, etc., long to short) are all subject to a cancellation fee equal to the difference in price.
★Final changes to lunch box quantities can be made up until 10:00 the day before.(No changes allowed after 10:00)
★Cancellation of equipment rentals, layout changes, changes or cancellations of drink quantities, and minor changes to the menu for the social gathering must be made by 5:00 PM three days prior to the event.
However, for changes from Monday to Wednesday, please contact us by 5:00 p.m. on Friday as this will include Saturday and Sunday.
(If the holiday falls on the 3rd day before, please contact us by 5pm on the previous weekday.)
You can add accessories later on.(However, this does not include products ordered from outside.)
If you would like to add drinks, it is possible to do so on the day, as long as it is accommodating.(However, this does not include products ordered from outside.)
